Job description:
- Prepare M&E works schedule, forecasting engineering activities and procurement of materials required for project to ensure timely completion of project.
- Oversee project team and appraise their performance and ensure project are completed according to project schedule.
- Oversee the overall planning of M&E works, site inspection, variation order and certification of work done for all assigned projects.
- Prepare and monitor project budgets to control cost and kept to clients’ budget requirements and ensure timely submission of monthly progress claim.
- Monitor the work progress of engineers, coordinators and sub-contractors and ensure M&E works are in compliance to the Company’s and authorities’ requirements and schedule.
- Plan and oversee testing of M&E systems and provide advice on all M&E related matters such as reviewing of M&E drawings and other materials prepared by the Engineers and Coordinators to ensure there is no discrepancies and/or conflicts with the architectural and structural elements.
- Provide M&E technical write up before submitting for tender submissions.
- Review quotations and discount for approval by management for tender submission.
- Oversee the invitation of M&E sub-contractors for tenders.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering or other equivalent certificates.
- Minimum 10 years’ field experience in Construction industry managing M&E projects.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager in construction projects.
- Knowledge in ACMV, Ducting, Process Piping, and other M&E related systems.
Project Engineer, M&E
Job description:
- Monitor and inspect projects such as Mechanical / Electrical and Fire Protection systems.
- To manage projects in various stage of activities including the preparation of scope of work, sub contracts, and customer proposals.
- To prepare and monitor project budgets to control cost and kept to clients’ budget requirements.
- Planning project schedule, forecasting engineering activities and procurement of materials required for project to ensure timely completion of project.
- Preparing and providing technical interpretation of design documents in support of installation such as checking of Isometric and schematic drawings, etc.

Job description:
- Monitor and inspect construction to ensure compliance with design documents for Civil, Structural and Architectural projects.
- To manage projects in various stage of activities including the preparation of scope of work, sub contracts, customer proposals, construction and project close ups.

CVQ Engineer
Job description:
1. Lead Commissioning, Qualification & Validation (CQV) activities
- Lead a team and execute all field work such as Commissioning, Installation & Operational Qualification (IQ/OQ), Validation for downstream process equipment, CIP & Clean utilities to complete assigned tasks on time, on budget and safely while adhering to quality and engineering standards.
- Write and review project design documents (P&IDs, PFDs, URS, data sheets etc.), GMP/GDP documents and technical specifications, protocols preparation, execution and follow-up.
- Review and follow-up the technical documentation from the early design phase in order to align it with GMP and C&Q requirements
- Preparation and review of FAT, Commissioning and SAT protocols.
- Support the preparation of the final reports to the end-user
- Perform risk analysis and review performance progress.

Requirements:

- Thorough knowledge of pharmaceutical guidelines e.g. GMP, GDP, ASTM E2500-07, FDA, ICH, ISPE and CQV practices.

QA/QC Manager
Job description:
1. Manage QAQC department
- Lead & mentor inspection teams (IQA & OQA), QA/QC Supervisor and Engineers to undertake tasks assigned
- Review QAQC teams’ skill set/training and provide recommendations on relevant trainings.
- Manage Quality-related activities on the Project to ensure compliance to Project and applicable Regulatory requirement.
- Work with Project stakeholders to provide a consistent Quality framework for application across all project deliverables and promote the continual enhancement and consistent Quality Management System.
- Ensure timely closure of punch items to facilitate system handover to Client.
- Investigate and present Root-Cause Report for Resolution with Project Team as and when quality issues arise in the project.
2. Manage Quality Management System, OHSAS, Document Control Audits
- Responsible for implementation and recommendations for improvements of Quality Management System.
- Implementation of systematic documentation turnover system for all Project Quality-related documentation.
- Establish quality plans & activities, ensure readiness of all sections for internal/external audits.

QA/QC Engineer
Job description:
1. Manage QAQC department
- Organize, deliver and record architectural coordinated design, progress of work, variation order and certification of work done for assigned project.
- Responsible in overseeing the overall site progress to ensure architectural works of the project team and sub-contractors are in compliance to the defined standards.
- Liaise with project team on all the architectural coordination shop drawings.
- Responsible on the material submission for architectural and owner’s approval.
- Plan and advise the construction foreman on architectural sequencing and arrangement of work.
- Provide regular reports to the Project manager on the progress of architectural works in assigned projects.
- Liaise with PM on the CONQUAS/QM assessment.

Job description:
- Perform regular inspections pertaining to Welding and Pipefitting projects.
- Ensure progress of works is in accordance to stipulated scope of works and time schedule.
- Report outcomes and findings of all inspection works to Project Team on a regular basis to keep them updated on all quality checks and project progress.
- Provide advice and exercise any/all correction actions for any faults or issues discovered at site.
- Coordinate between various stakeholders to ensure work progress is in accordance to project schedule.
- Attend site meetings as and when required.
- Any other adhoc project duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering related discipline or QA/QC certifications such as TWI or ASNT certificates as Welding Inspector.
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in carrying out QA/QC checks for Welding and Pipefitting/ Electrical works in Semiconductor industry.
- Knowledge in ACMV, Ducting, Process Piping, and other M&E related systems.
Commercial Executive, M&E
Job description:
1. Pre Contract
- Study specification(s) to understand customer’s requirements.
- Source, evaluate and select subcontractors/vendors’ quotations to meet project tender and pricing requirements.
- Coordinate with technical and engineering team on technical proposal submission and enquiries.
- Prepare BoQ take-off, cost estimation, cost breakdown and cost summary based on technical/engineering inputs and customer’s tender requirements.
- Perform cost analysis, attend tender discussions and prepare the presentation to Management for final decision.
- Prepare pricing summary and compile all tender document including schedule of rates, schedule of technical data, etc. for submission to customers.
2. Post Contract
- Organise and transfer of awarded projects to the project department for execution including assist to arrange kick off meeting with project department.
- Contractual administration including preparation of progress claim, variation orders and final account with customers and subcontractors.
- Perform cost analysis and evaluate quotation, claim and variation claim from subcontractors.
- Project cost control and monitor project budget.
- Project insurance and bond monitoring.
- Project DLP monitoring.
- Attend site meeting and/or conduct site measurements.
3. Other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying/Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Civil Engineering or other equivalent qualifications.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field (pre and post contract), preferably with Main-Con or M&E or other engineering services company.
- Experienced in M&E projects.
- Proficient and competent in MS Office applications, particularly in Excel.
- Able to read & interpret project specifications/drawings.
